At MamaOwl, we want you to love your natural fiber garments; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
